Chicago Bears Soldier Field Stadium Home of the "Da Bears"
Soldier Field has long been the home of the heralded Chicago Bears. The pride and joy of the windy city, people are quick to point out the pride and faults of their team. The Bears are famous for the windy city and the playoff game played on in pea-soup fog. It can be hot and steamy, or cold and brisk depending on the season.
Soldier Field is the smallest stadium in the NFL, with a seating capacity of only 60,500. Renovated from 2001 to the beginning of the 2003 season, it was given mixed reviews with the stadium design. When the stadium was renovated, it was delisted from the National Historical Landmark.
Different teams in Chicago have used this facility as a home field in the past, but at the moment, it is currently just being used by the Chicago Bears.
