Paul Brown Stadium Where the Cincinnati Bengals Claw Their Way to Victory
Paul Brown Stadium. Where the Cincinnati Bengals fight to victory along the riverfront.
Opened in 2000, the city of Cincinnati decided against a corporate sponsor and decided to dedicate the stadium to their late beloved Hall of Fame coach and founder, Paul Brown. The stadium is dedicated to football, as the Cincinnati Reds have moved to their own stadium. In previous years, both the Bengals and the Reds shared Riverfront Stadium as it was used for both sports.
Paul Brown Stadium has been used for a collegiate game between the University of Cincinnati and the Ohio State Buckeyes, but it generally remains the sole priority of the Bengals. The only exception is an annual chess tournament that is held every year at the stadium.
