Lincoln Financial Field. Where the Philadelphia Eagles battle in the City of Brotherly Love
Lincoln Financial Field. Where brotherly love for the Philadelphia Eagles is met with tough defense and gridiron grit.
Lincoln Financial Field is one of the relatively new stadiums for the NFL, opening for the 2003 football stadium, replacing the legendary Veterans Stadium. The seating capacity didn't change much, but the addition of luxury suites and other facilities dramatically increased.
The Temple Owls use Lincoln Financial Field as their home field for home football games. The facility has been used for the NCAA Men's Lacrosse championship games in both 2005 and 2006, as well as host for the tradition rich Army-Navy game, where everyone from the President, the top military brass down to the lowly plebe stand and cheer their team to victory.
Finally, sold out musical concerts from "The Boss" and a few International soccer matches have performed at this fine facility.
