NFL
Thanksgiving Day Special

Happy Thanksgiving Day to all of you NFL fans out there. I wish you a great meal, happy family gatherings, and hopefully your team will win.

Two traditional teams for the Thanksgiving Day will be on your favorite TV station, and the late night game will be the Arizona Cardinals visiting the Philadelphia Eagles. Detroit will host the Tennessee Titans and Dallas will host the Seattle Seahawks down in Big D.

Week 12 was good to me, as I went 10-6, losing both the Sunday Night game and the Monday Night Game. New Orleans goes crazy at home, and Indy playing like the Indy of old.

Lets cut the chit-chat and get to the games. That way you can enjoy the food.

Tennessee Titans at Detroit Lions
This one is pretty obvious. Detroit will play good in spurts, and then they collapse. Big time. Detroit was winning 17-0 last week against the Bucs and lose 38-20. Sad. Detroit used to have a special magic on Thanksgiving Day, being the upset team of the week, but those days are gone. Tennessee will rebound strong to their lose against the Jets, and they will continue on their way to a 15-1 regular season record.

Seattle Seahawks at Dallas Cowboys
Dig D is back, and stronger than ever. Today will be no different as I expect big results again this week from Romo, T.O and the defense will rise to the occasion. Seattle doesn't have anything to play for except pride, but that will not give you the drive to win. Dallas has a second life now with Philly losing the past couple of weeks (a tie at Cincy is a loss in my books)and they are fighting for every available victory that is within their reach. Today a victory will be theirs when the clock reads 00:00.

Arizona Cardinals at Philadelphia Eagles
This will be worth staying awake for if the turkey has not put you to sleep. Arizona Cardinals almost won at home against the Giants last week, playing an impressive game and losing by 8. Philly was the daytime soap opera with the benching of McNabb last week Sunday. Yeah, I have been hard on McNabb, but the game wasn't out of reach, and Coach Andy Reid was a punk with the way he made his QB change via an assistant coach. The drama will continue, and Arizona will be the division champs at the end of the night if the cold weather does not affect them. I don't think that will be a problem.

Again, happy Thanksgiving day to all of the NFL fans out there. Take care. God Bless.
